abstract neutralizing prolactin receptor antibodies and their therapeutic use. the present invention relates to the neutralizing antibody of the 006-h08 prolactin receptor, as well as mature forms thereof, and antigen binding fragments, pharmaceutical compositions containing them and their use in the treatment or prevention of benign disorders and indications mediated by prolactin receptor such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, non-hormonal female contraception, benign breast disease and mastalgia, lactation inhibition, benign prostatic hyperplasia, fibroids, hyper and normoprolactinemic hair loss, and co-treatment in combined hormone therapy to inhibit proliferation of mammary epithelial cells. the antibodies of the invention block prolactin receptor-mediated signaling.
