ELECTRIC STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF |
abstract |
ELECTRIC STEEL SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF. An electrical steel sheet (10) is provided with a base iron (1) and an insulating film (2) formed on the surface of the base iron (1). The insulating film (2) includes 100 parts by mass of a first component containing a metal phosphate, and 5 parts by mass to 45 parts by mass of a second component composed of particles of one or more types selected from a group consisting of a wax polyolefin, an epoxy resin and an acrylic resin, the particles having an average particle size of 2.0 (micrometers) to 15.0 (micrometers) and a melting point of 60°C to 140°C. |
