It refers to a system with equipment equipped with a turbine-type regenerative radial blower, interconnected through a set of ducts with pre-programmed actuation directional valves to the structures of storage complexes for the realization of four independent functional circuits aimed at maintaining the quality of goods stored in airtight environments by the circulation and recirculation of atmosphere, transformed or not with phosphine gas. The Thermal Reuse Circuit in Grain Dryers seeks to reduce energy consumption by taking advantage of the hot atmosphere resulting from the deposition of grains in the storage structure, after the grains are dried, for reintroduction into the dryer's furnace. The Fumigation Circuit aims to eliminate pests in storage environments through the external generation of phosphine gas from any inorganic phosphine gas precursor through a controlled hydrolysis reaction in temperature, humidity and air flow to an unlimited stored volume in volume and limited in concentration to the characteristics of the phosphine molecule. The Phosphine Gas Neutralization Circuit allows, through a dephosphine, the conversion of phosphine gas into phosphoric acids and the return of a pure atmosphere to the environment.(...). |
