The present patent application describes the production process of a W/O nanoemulsion with vesicle size less than 300 nm containing water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, and nanoencapsulated mineral salts to be added to the feed for Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus ) as a food additive. The nanoemulsion produced contains essential oils of Melaleuca alternifolia and Citrus aurantium isolated, a buffer solution at neutral pH, surfactants (tween and span 80), preservative from the parabens group, an alcohol, water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C) and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamins D and E), mineral salts (phosphorus). The nanoemulsion produced by the emulsification process under constant agitation uses biodegradable materials, which can be used for nutrient encapsulation and incorporated into the production of animal feed. |
