titleOfInvention DEVELOPMENT OF FLEXIBLE FLUORESCENT SENSOR FOR DETERMINATION OF ANALYTES
abstract The present invention refers to a new process or technology for the development of flexible sensor devices, obtained from the surface functionalization of polymers. This device has as a measurable response the fluorescence signal, in which its variation is dependent on the interaction with analytes (elementary or molecular). Therefore, the proposed invention can be applied to different types of samples, which can be in solid, liquid or gaseous states. Thus, numerous application areas are contemplated, such as: environmental, biological, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, forensic, fuel and others, in order to detect analytes qualitatively or quantitatively at different concentration levels. This invention has as its main advantage the rapid response generation, in addition to being simple and presenting high sensitivity and selectivity for some analytes. The device can be developed from recycled polymer, thus contributing to sustainable development and environmental conservation. In this sense, this invention adds value to waste, in addition to meeting the principles of green chemistry.
