enzymatic cocktail containing cellulases, xylanases and polysaccharide monooxygenases and their application in the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic biomass. the present invention is related to the areas of molecular biology, cell biology, applied microbiology and biochemistry and provides an optimized process for the production of cellulases, such as endoglycanases and cellobiohydrolases, ß-glycosidases and hemicellulases, through the cultivation of a wild fungus of the penicillium species rolfsii, and a process for the production of xylanases and polysaccharide monooxygenases, through the cultivation of genetically modified yeast fungi (komagataella phaffii). Processes for the production of enzymatic extracts containing cellulases, xylanases and mono-oxygenase enzymes are discussed. enzymes with cellulolytic and hemicellulolytic activity capable of converting cellulose and hemicellulose, present in pretreated lignocellulosic biomass, into fermentable monomers, such as glucose and xylose, are also presented. additionally, the present invention deals with an enzymatic cocktail composed of versatile enzymes, more specifically cellulases, xylanases and polysaccharide monooxygenases, for the hydrolysis of pretreated cane-sugar bagasse. |
