The present invention deals with the process and formulation with isomers of salts of mesoionic compounds in the preparation of drugs to treat cancer and inflammation. It focuses on obtaining 1,4-diphenyl-5- (5-nitro-2-furanyl) -1,3,4-triazolium-2-thiol mesoionic hydrochlorides and its 4-phenyl-5- (5- nitro-2-furanyl) -1,3,4-thiadiazolium-2-phenylaminide, in a single step through a synthesis methodology with organic solvents selected from carbon tertachloride and tetrahydrofuran, making it possible to obtain an isomeric equimolar mixture, decreasing costs, with higher yields and greater biological activity. As a result of the studies carried out, it is observed that the salts of the aforementioned mesoionic compounds demonstrate in an effective way to fight cancer and modulate the acute inflammatory process from changes in the profile of the cellular inflammatory infiltrate, in addition to reversing histopathological changes caused by the tumor carcinogenic in organs such as spleen and liver. |
