titleOfInvention | benzocalcogen diazole compounds, hybrid materials of the organic-inorganic type and uses |
abstract | benzocalcogen diazole compounds, hybrid materials of the organic-inorganic type and uses. the present invention reveals obtaining of benzocalcogen diazoles containing trialcoxysilane groups and hybrid organic-inorganic materials obtained from them, containing the benzothiadiazole or benzoselenodiazole nuclei linked to trialoxysilane groups by different chemical spacers. compounds and materials containing benzocalcogen diazoles have fluorescent characteristics allowing their application as a chemiodosimeter and also, in the synthesis of hybrid fluorescent materials by their incorporation via covalent bonding in silica, by hydrolytic or non-hydrolytic sol-gel technique or by graftization in inorganic based materials silica or titania. obtaining these fluorescent organic-inorganic hybrid materials will also allow applications as components in the manufacture of organic solar cells, photoactive coatings on surfaces, optical sensors, electron transport agents or used as photosensitive materials for developing latent digital printing. the present invention is located in the fields of chemistry and the energy sector. |
