abstract | The present patent application idealizes a method applied electrically and electronically through programming language to a MIG / MAG welding source, which belongs to the field of welding articles, to be used more precisely in the MIG / MAG process; in modern arc welding sources, programs or synergistic curves are used for each combination of wire, gauge and shielding gas and some manufacturers provide the locking function of the welding machine panel so that the parameters cannot be changed, however the optimizations results during welding depend on the activation of specific functions that only more specialized welders know about or how to activate them; in order to solve this inconvenience, the object of the present patent application was developed, a method for controlling and limiting parameters in a welding machine where it is possible for the welder operator to adjust in a simplified way, without compromising the parameters of the specification of the welding process previously fixed by a qualified supervisor or inspector. |
