abstract | The present invention is within the scope of cryopreservation reproduction, in order to demonstrate that the modulation in the membrane and intracellular lipids of cells can be done by supplementing the cryopreservation means with different classes of molecules and with fatty acids complexed to the albumin. In this context, a particular objective of the present invention was to provide compositions comprising L-carnitine, fatty acids, albumin and phosphatidylcholine, so as to show considerable improvement in the safety of cells, especially oocytes and, a posteriori, in embryos and babies. In addition, it was yet another purpose of the present invention to provide an improved cryopreservation process using the composition described in the present invention, and the use of such a composition. |
