abstract | system for local or remote monitoring of milk stored in farms and related operations. the present invention is characterized by a system formed by the integration of hardware and software capable of returning historical or updated data from specific reservoirs for the storage of milk on the farm, generating quantitative and qualitative information on stored milk and associated operations between obtaining milk and your collection. the data are collected automatically by means of electronic sensors associated with a central collector, or by manual entry of information by registered operators. the system also has methods for identifying workers. the data collected are identified temporarily and referenced by the operation that generated them, whether they are the beginning or end of milking, or the final collection by the dairy, with data on the mass and volume of stored milk and physical-chemical characteristics being generated. the central collector allows access to the data locally, on its own display or from other mobile devices, but also transmits the data to a web server. the web server is in turn capable of making the data available to third parties, issuing reports and alerts to users with permission to access the data and other system functionality. the system helps to optimize routes for milk collection, since it provides quantitative and qualitative data. due to the quality report, it also allows for selective collections, avoiding the mixing of milks of different qualities in tank trucks. |
