process for preparing fertilizer from swine wastewater the present invention relates to a process for preparing a fertilizer from swine wastewater, by combining ozonation with hydrated lime and the precipitation of organic matter and nutrients (such as n, p, k, c) using an anionic silica-based polymer, which was used in aqueous media as a flocculant. at the end of the process, a precipitate and a supernatant were generated. the precipitate, to be used as a fertilizer, was preferably kiln dried between 90 and 110 ° c, preferably 100 ° c, to accelerate drying, but it can also be dried at room temperature or even be used wet. the supernatant generated was treated mainly by an oxidative process, such as ozone with fenton, or by biological or chemical treatment. |
