titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR CHANGING THE ROUTE OF PNEUMATIC TRANSPORT VEHICLE |
abstract | The invention relates to the improvement developed in a change of track device for a pneumatic transport system for cargo and / or passengers whose vehicles have no onboard motorization, being guided in two exclusive tracks arranged in parallel, each track dedicated to a direction of displacement , resulting in high transport capacity. The vehicles (1) travel on railway tracks (5) seated on an elevated track (6) supported by pillars (7). The center of the top of the elevated track superstructure (6) has a longitudinal slot (9) with a seal (8) through which the mast (3) of the propulsion plate (4) can move freely along the vehicle's path (1). The crossbar consists of four beams that form the superstructure of the elevated track, two beams of deviation (6 ') and two straight beams (6), the four beams being permanently connected to each other and to the pillars (7) in the headland region. to form a monolithic hyperstatic structure. On the superstructure of the bypass beams (6 '), the mobile rails (16, 18 and 21) are mounted with their respective drive (17, 19 and 20) and locking mechanisms (15). A stretch isolation valve is positioned inside the propulsion duct (12) of the bypass beams (6 ') and consists of a plug (40) and a linear actuator (41) that drives a set of two articulated rods ( 42) to the position of the limit stop (43). |
