abstract This invention deals with a method of obtaining hydrolysis products catalyzed by fungal lipases produced in industrial residues such as hydrolysis of sunflower and corn oil by the 'Aspergillus niger' lipase produced by solid state fermentation - FES - using grains distillery with soluble - DDGS - corn as substrate. The invention can be applied in the medical and pharmaceutical field more precisely in the possible development of new oral anticarcinogenic treatments and nutraceutical / functional area with the incorporation of these lipid compounds in food, aiming to exert a beneficial effect on health.
