abstract | electrochemical sensor based on carbon black and carboxymethylated botriosferan, process for obtaining and applying the individual and simultaneous determination of dopamine and paracetamol in a biological and pharmaceutical matrix the present invention relates to a process for obtaining and applying an electrochemical sensor based on material nanostructured carbonaceous and chemically modified polysaccharide by carboxymethylation for the simultaneous determination of dopamine and paracetamol. the sensor is obtained by modifying a glassy carbon electrode with a layer of nanostructured carbon black and another of carboxymethylated botriosferan exopolysaccharide. this device, thus obtained, presents a good electrochemical performance, stability, sensitivity, repeatability and low detection limits. in addition, the present invention describes the sensor measurement method developed by the differential pulse voltammetry technique in the individual and simultaneous determination of dopamine and paracetamol in cerebrospinal fluid and urine, as well as the individual determination in pharmaceutical formulations. |
