abstract | ? sports drink based on fruit pulp and enriched with vitamins and creatine? the present invention patent (pi) refers to an isotonic replacement drink for sports and other physical activities, a composition made from natural products, specifically from the açaí pulp, which can be considered a healthy drink, ready for the consumption, given that it has the ability to replace liquids, carbohydrates, electrolytes in the post-exercise period, while providing creatine to replace losses from physical effort, enriched with vitamins and creatine, of a more alkaline pH than the others existing in the market and with antioxidant properties, having the color, aroma and flavor obtained from the fruit pulp, without the need to add artificial products, taking advantage of the antioxidant capacity promoted by the phenolic and anthocyanins compounds of the açaí, the vitamins e and c of the creatine for the benefit of the consumer. |
