abstract | “Production method of biofuel (bioethanol) and probiotic microbial / cellular biomass with dairy raw materials and saccharomyces boulardii yeast” the present invention is intended for the production of biofuel (bioethanol) and probiotic microbial / cellular biomass with dairy raw materials , whether these are residuals, by-products and or by-products of processing dairy products and protein concentrates, commonly known as “whey”, whey, sweet whey, acid whey or whey, and when they are already free from the protein fraction, called “ whey permeate, deproteinized whey deproteinized acid whey, deproteinized sweet whey, deproteinized whey, and or whey cheese permeate, together with the probiotic microorganism saccharomyces boulardii, with the purpose of using the raw material in full, add commercial value of waste, development of new products for application in more diverse areas (biofuels, food, supplements, among others), which consequently generates capital increase for industries, new industries, new jobs, savings in the cost of treating effluents resulting in a reduction in the environmental effects caused by incorrect destination of milk residues, and so this patent of invention has as precept to compact with the ecodevelopment. |
