abstract the present invention consists of an amperometric enzymatic biosensor constituted and a screen printed sensor printed on a pvc support with enzymatic paste with crude liquid extract rich in acetylcholinesterase extracted from stone fish (genyatremus luteus) an alternative to replace the commercial enzyme with the tetracyanquinodimethane mediator ( tcnq). the biosensor is low-cost, easy to build, highly accurate and sensitive to the detection of organophosphates in the laboratory or on site in environmental matrices, and can be an alternative for the application of fish waste.
