titleOfInvention | synthetic compounds derived from aminoguanidines with antimicrobial activity |
abstract | these are derivative compounds synthesized from aminoguanidines, which showed individual antimicrobial activity. aminoguanidines have versatility, easy access and low cost of obtaining, within this context, their production becomes possible, in addition to the possibility of several structural modifications, allowing their action aimed at different pharmacological activities. the aminoguanidine derivatives used in antimicrobial activity were: lqm 105 ((e) -2- (3,4-dichlorobenzylidine) -n-ethylhydrazinacarboximidamide), lqm 142 ((e) -2- (2- (3,4-dichlorobenzylidine) hydrazinyl) -4,5-dihydro-1h-imidazole) and lqm 144 ((e) -2- (2- (3,4-dichlorobenzylidine) hydrazinyl) -1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidine). all synthetic compounds showed antimicrobial activity against the strains staphylococcus aureus (atcc 25923), staphylococcus epidermidis (atcc 14990), pseudomonas aeruginosa (atcc 27853) and escherichia coli (atcc 14942), which can be used in the development of antimicrobial products. |
