titleOfInvention dietary supplement containing l-tryptophan, ascorbic acid, chelated magnesium and vitamin b6 to restore body vitality
abstract Dietary supplement containing l-tryptophan, ascorbic acid, chelated magnesium and vitamin b6 to restore the body's vitality. This invention relates to a food supplement formulation comprising the compounds l-tryptophan, ascorbic acid, chelated magnesium and vitamin b6 (as an adjuvant in l-tryptophan metabolism), as well as the excipients starch (disintegrant), lactose (diluent) and talc (lubricant), applied in the area of prevention and recovery of the deleterious effects caused by fatigue and stress. This composition allows the maximum absorption of the ingredients by the body, in a range that allows the manipulation of their quantity, according to the desired effects, according to the minimum and maximum percentages recommended per dose: (a) l-tryptophan: range 33.9% - 37.5%; (b) ascorbic acid: range 16.9% - 18.7%; (c) chelated magnesium: variation of 6.7% - 7.5%; (d) vitamin b6 (adjuvant in l-riptophan metabolism): range 0.6 - 0.8%; (e) disintegrant (starch) range from 2% - 5%; (f) diluent (lactose): range 33.1% - 36.6%; (g) lubricant (talc) range 0.5% - 1%. The packaging of this supplement in the form of gelatin capsules facilitates its administration, and its formulation steps enable its production on an industrial scale.
