The present patent application addresses α-terpineol inclusion complexes in ß-cyclodextrin. These result from the obtaining through the coevaporation method which favors their formation, providing improvements in stability, solubility and pharmacological effect. The complexes (α-terpineol / ß-cyclodextrin) improve the antinociceptive activity of this monoterpene in the face of chronic pain. |
