abstract The present invention relates to a dynamic cell culture system (1) comprising a culture plate (100) provided with at least one upper well (30), and at least one lower well (40) separated from each other by means of one. semipermeable membrane (50), the at least one upper well (30) receiving at least one upper cell culture medium (60) and cultivating within it a first cell type (80), at least one lower well ( 40) receiving at least one lower cell culture medium (70) and cultivating within them a second cell type (90), the first and second cell types (80, 90) being perfused, respectively, by at least one upper and lower cell culture medium (60, 70) simultaneously and independent of each other. The present invention also relates to a culture system comprising a pdms chip (1000) having at least one upper micro channel (301) and at least one lower micro channel (401), at least one upper micro channel and (301, 401) being separated from each other by means of a semipermeable membrane (500), the at least one upper and lower micro channel (301, 40) receiving at least one upper and lower cell culture medium (600, 700 ) and cultivating within them a first and a second cell type (800, 900), the first and second cell types (800, 900) being perfused, respectively, by at least one upper and lower cell culture medium ( 600, 700) simultaneously and independent of each other.
