abstract The process of cryopreservation of stem cells obtained from primary teeth pulp is a collection process for freezing and storing stem cells (2) from primary teeth pulp. It deals with the sequence of procedures since the collection of the primary teeth. deciduous tooth, going to the storage of the stem cells (2) under favorable conditions to its application when and if necessary, and for the operationalization of the process a collection kit was developed, so that the dentist can perform the collection in his own office according to pre-established technical protocols and deadlines for shipment which he called the r-crrio kit, finally opening another protocol possibility providing for collection, storage and subsequent thawing of stem cells ( 2) from deciduous pulp for application in cell and gene therapies
