The present invention further relates to an in vitro method for the diagnosis of compound leptospirosis, a dipstck-type immunochromatographic device (ribbon) and an in vitro diagnostic kit for leptospira using the colloidal gold conjugated recombinant lipl32 protein. and the anti-lipl32 antibody. The present invention provides for faster in vitro diagnosis of leptospirosis from detection of anti-lipl32 antibodies in serum. |
