titleOfInvention PROCESS, DEVICE AND KIT FOR IN VITRO IMMUNOCROMATOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS OF LEPTOSPIROSIS AND / OR FOR DETECTION OF LEPTOSPIRA SPP INFECTION; PROCESS FOR YOUR PREPARATION
abstract The present invention is in the field of immunology. The present invention relates to methods for obtaining a (lipl32-colloidal gold) conjugate and an anti-lipl32 antibody comprising the steps of cloning, expression, purification and dialysis of the recombinant lipl32 protein, rabbit lipl32 protein inoculation; extraction of inoculated rabbit blood; purification of anti-lipl32 igg antibody by caprylic acid precipitation, dialysis of purified antibody, production of colloidal gold and conjugation of lipl32 protein with colloidal gold. The present invention further relates to an in vitro method for the diagnosis of compound leptospirosis, a dipstck-type immunochromatographic device (ribbon) and an in vitro diagnostic kit for leptospira using the colloidal gold conjugated recombinant lipl32 protein. and the anti-lipl32 antibody. The present invention provides for faster in vitro diagnosis of leptospirosis from detection of anti-lipl32 antibodies in serum.
