As it is considered a functional product, it has the additional advantage of promoting metabolic, physiological and or beneficial effects to the consumer's health when consumed in a regular diet. In addition, it is a safe product for consumption. for obtaining said fermented milk, steps (a), (b) and (c), the composition of which is based on: 200 to 300 ml of milk, 8 to 12% of sugar, 2 to 3% of lactobacillus bulgaricus, 2 to 3% homogenized ground fruit and 2 to 3% fructooligosaccharide. said beverage is preferably intended for ready-to-eat processed foods with direct application in the food industry, targeting all food-savvy consumers, including those seeking healthier diets and bring the extra benefit of the functionality.
