titleOfInvention CALCULATING THE DIAGNOSTIC INDEX FOR IDEAL HONEY PRODUCTION CONDITIONS
abstract Method of Calculating Relative Diagnostic Indices for Ideal Honey Production Conditions The present invention is in the field of process, from computer systems, to automatically calculate relative indices of ideal conditions for honey production, typically but not only. in the field of beekeeping and possibly used in industries that use honey as a complementary input for food and pharmaceuticals. More particularly, the invention is characterized by a process embedded in a honey production risk factor documentation, processing and monitoring equipment for the purpose of creating a database with values of ambient temperature, relative humidity of honey indicators. and honey humidity, to perform calculations with the respective values in statistical relationships, to provide indices resulting from the relationships between the values of honey humidity and relative humidity (one: ur); between honey humidity and room temperature values (a: t), and; Relative humidity and ambient temperature values (ur: t). More specifically, the invention performs the functionality of using the indexes resulting from the relationship between the indicators to classify the ideal conditions for honey production, as well as converting the index values into notifications about the imminence of fermentation and hmf increase. (hydroxymethylfurfural) by issuing predictive information on honey production in a given region, defining actual conditions against ideal conditions
