A biomass pyrolysis plant bio-oil collection system suitable for recovering any type of bio-oil, including those with a pour point above 50 ° C, using four shell and tube (1, 2, 8 and 9), five main bubbling vessels (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) and two secondary bubbling vessels (10 and 11) arranged in series according to the sequence (1, 10, 2, 3 , 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 9). The bio-oils collected in the bubblers are different in appearance, starting in the first pot with a typically dark color, being lightened as the bubblers from 3 to 7 reach the light brown color. The system acts as a natural bio-oil purifier and separator, purifying it from coal microparticles and separating heavy oil from light oil. |
