titleOfInvention custom mineral fertilizer manufacturing process using biochar, a specific type of organic coal, as a vehicle for its application to the soil; and also reuse of by-products, such as gases and liquids, intended for sale and (or) power generation.
abstract custom mineral fertilizer manufacturing process using biochar, a specific type of organic coal, as a vehicle for its application to the soil; and also reuse of by-products, such as gases and liquids, intended for sale and (or) power generation. The present patent is intended to create a complete industrial process, including the necessary equipment, for the production of customized mineral fertilizer; which will use biochar, an organic charcoal, soil conditioner, as a vehicle for its application. The first step is for biochar production, where the selected biomass, raw material, is specifically pretreated and processed in the slow pyrolysis reactor (rpl). The product manufactured in this first stage, the biochar, respecting its own formulation, enters the second stage of production, being introduced into an internal adsorption reactor (rai), where mineral fertilizers will be introduced inside the biochar, aiming at its application, improving soil condition and optimizing the use of mineral fertilizer for plant nutrition. The third and last step, the nutrient-adsorbed biochar, passes into the drying and sealing reactor (rss), which will “seal” the nutrients inside the biochar to form dry granules, thus reaching the final product. The object to be protected by the patent also covers the other details of the manufacturing process, since the equipment (reactors), will be mechanically fed and discharged, must take advantage of the by-products of the steps, reusing them in the process itself and (or) storing them. in by-product forms; such as synthesis gas, intended for the generation of electricity and (or) heat production, and liquids from condensable gases such as tar and pyroligneous liquid)
