abstract | Oscillatory Mechanical Batting "The present patent relates to an oscillating mechanical drum for the purpose of concentrating the fine and superfine gold in the alluvial gold panning and recovering the metallic mercury. This is an unprecedented system with water moving in blades and discharging the tailings on both sides eliminates the most detrimental motion for gravity separation which is the rolling motion of the material, because the alluvial material particles are fine and superfine despite their high densities the sedimentation is very slow, with this is dragged with the tail. this system will speed up the field work by starting middle and end because it dispenses with practically everything that is used or used in gold mining in field work does not use drains to reduce the material to be processed, does not use carpet-lined box to hold gold ore particles and process large volumes of flawless ores zero retention of stereo material. the big move is the introduction of oscillatory motion into the system, which moves like a seesaw raising and lowering its ends moving material into blades discharging tailings on both sides with each movement partially discharging tailings and higher density ore particles sediment with very quickly getting trapped in the perforated steel plate cavities to clear the ores at the end the work is retorted safely separating the gold and recovering the metallic mercury. After a period of unloading work, the perforated steel plate is removed and the concentrate is drained and accommodated inside a special retort (which is an obligatory part of the oscillating mechanical drum), and burns to release the metal-shaped mercury. gases that are safely collected, returning to be metallic mercury, and the gold remains inside the retort until its cooling, after opening the retort collects the gold in its original form the dust. |
