titleOfInvention | aqueous magnetic ink for micro printing on inkjet printers from functionalized dispersions of magnetic nano ferrite |
abstract | aqueous magnetic ink for micron printing on inkjet printers from functionalized dispersions of magnetic nano ferrite. The present invention relates to a process for obtaining and compositing magnetic aqueous ink for micron printing on inkjet printers comprising an aqueous dispersion of functionalized magnetic nanoparticles, wetting solvents and water. allows stable inks over long periods of time, with extremely high magnetic nanoparticle concentrations, with a charge of between 15% and 40% by mass and magnetic signals ranging from 80 to 200%. With the use and special combination of humectants the present invention enhances printhead protection with less abrasiveness and greater flowability, resulting in superior print quality and extended print system life. |
