titleOfInvention | preparation and evaluation of copaiba oil-containing bioformulation for the treatment of skin diseases |
abstract | Preparation and Evaluation of Copaiba Oil-containing Bioformulation for Skin Disease Treatment The present invention relates to a bioformulate containing low concentration sunflower oil mixed with sunflower oil in the presence of a biological surfactant (tween® 80). resulting in the microemulsion called meocog. physicochemical studies were performed including high-resolution gas chromatography analysis, ternary phase diagram construction; surface tension and viscosity analyzes. The administration of the meocog formulation can be performed topically, with the use of a syringe or spray, with gradual and prolonged release of oc and og oils, without adverse effects. The meocog invention is being claimed for topical pharmaceutical and cosmetic dermatological use and has been evaluated in pharmacological procedures using laboratory animals, in the repair of skin tissues, with healing, antiinflammatory and antimicrobial action. |
