abstract Antioxidant composition obtained from the mixture of babaçu coconut cake with cashew nut shell liquid and process for obtaining it. The present invention is comprised of a naturally occurring antioxidant composition obtained by mixing the babaçu coconut pie (orbignya speciosa) with the cashew nut liquid (anacardium occidentale) and its liquid. process of obtaining, comprised by the following phases: phase 1- extraction of the remaining oil of the babassu cake; phase 2 - mixing babassu pie with lcc; phase 3 - electrolyte reaction in alcoholic medium; phase 4 - removal of the remaining methanol; phase 5 - wash the electrolyzed product with distilled water and dry at room temperature.
