Escherichia coli T7 EXPRESSION VECTOR, VECTORS FOR THE CO-EXPRESSION AND CO-PURIFICATION OF RECOMBINANT POLYPEPTIDS IN / WITH LOADING PROTEINS, USE OF EXPRESSION VECTORS IN OBTAINING COMPLEXES WITH MULTIPLE ANTIGENS TO AN INVENTION AND AN IMMODULUS vector expression of recombinant proteins, antigens, pathogen-like particles, and immunogenic complexes, said vector (here called pMRKA) being produced by modification of plasmids comprising the gene sequence of the E. coli T7 promoter, this modification being characterized mainly by the replacement of the gene resistance to ampicillin by the kanamycin resistance gene and the insertion of the even sequence (partition sequence that determines the efficient segregation of plasmids in daughter cells during cell division). In addition, expression vectors based on the plasmid pMRKA are provided, which additionally comprise at least one of the gene sequences of the exosome of P. abyssi, vectors here called pMRKA-EXO, pMRKA-RING and pSUMAC. Also included in the present invention are vectors comprising gene sequences with immunomodulatory / immunoregulatory activity, preferably the vectors pMRKA-Z-Z-EXO and pMRKA-Z-Z-RING. Other aspects of the invention include the method for producing said expression vectors and uses of (...). |
