titleOfInvention | Synthesis of acwahxkttks peptide, acwahxkttks peptide and its use |
abstract | synthesis of the peptide acwahxkttks, peptide acwahxkttks and its use the present invention presents the synthesis of the peptide acwahxkttks, where a caproic acid molecule, which is an unsaturated fatty acid composed of 6 carbon atoms, was added to the "mother sequence" (kttks), found naturally in fats and mineral oils, to give a degree of lipophilicity to the peptide and favor its permeability on the skin. tryptophan was also added, which is an aromatic amino acid essential for human nutrition, aiming to provide fluorescence to the peptide and thus quantify it in the skin through a more efficient and sensitive method. tryptophan was acetylated to decrease the peptide's interaction with water to aid penetration of the peptide into the skin. acwahxkttks peptide stimulates collagen synthesis in fibroblasts, thus reducing or eliminating wrinkles and expression lines in the skin. |
