biocatalyst and use of biocatalyst in sugarcane crops. The present invention relates to a biocatalyst and its use in the process of producing, transporting and accumulating sucrose in sugarcane culture. The biocatalyst of the present invention is based on the balanced balance of nutrients (in what amounts) needed to alter the proportion of enzymes responsible for sugar accumulation in the plant. In addition, the use of the biocatalyst of the present invention occurs in three distinct steps, namely: identification of the optimal moment for the introduction of nutrients into the system, introduction of nutrients into the system, and nutrient performance within the plant. |
