abstract | PROCESS OF OBTAINING MESOPOROUS MOLECULAR SIEVES AND USE OF THE OBTAINED MESOPOROUS MOLECULAR SIEVES. A process for obtaining mesoporous molecular sieves of the M41S family is described, where the surfactant used in the synthesis of said sieves is provided with at least one allyl unsaturation, the unsaturation being positioned at one of the ends or in the center of the molecule thereof, the surfactant being polymerized at the end of the process, with gains in stability for the mesoporous sieves obtained and less leaching of cations during reuse. This property makes the obtained sieves useful for application in reactions such as Knoevenagel condensation, transesterification reaction and also in the production of biodiesel. The sieves of the invention still find application in fine chemical catalysis reactions that require basic sites. |
