abstract Food Composition, Food or Drink, Use of a Food Composition, and Method for Preparing a Food Composition The present invention provides a novel ready-to-eat powder protein-rich amino acid and carbohydrate food composition developed with hydrolyzed collagen and pulp. of fruit, whose antioxidant bioactive compounds naturally present in fruit pulp, beneficial in preventing some diseases and maintaining health, are incorporated into the powdered food composition. This composition based on hydrolyzed collagen and fruit pulp with aggregated bioactive compounds can be a ready-to-eat product or, alternatively, an ingredient for a food or beverage. furthermore, the present invention also relates to the method of manufacturing said food composition, obeying the defined process sequence as well as the predefined operating conditions.
