titleOfInvention | Nanoparticulate salt, nano cryo milling process, aerosol gas solution, nanoparticulate gas solution aerosol and use of nanoparticulate gas solution aerosol |
abstract | Nanoparticulate salt, nano cryo process, aerosol gas solution, aerosol with gas and nanoparticulate solution and use of aerosol with gas and nanoparticulate solution. The invention relates to a nano-salt, a nano cryo milling process, an aerosol gas solution, a nanoparticulate gas solution aerosol, and the use of nanoparticulate gas solution aerosol. -sal allows a lower amount of sodium chloride to be used to obtain the same salting power, because the increased contact surface of the molecules in question makes it possible to reach and stimulate taste buds with a lower absolute amount of salt than when compared with ordinary cooking salt. Already the aerosol with solution of gases and nanoparticulate and its packaging allows the nanoparriculate to be conveyed is stable and has no direct contact with the environment. |
