titleOfInvention | pcr molecular identification process and kit of biological material from piracanjuba (brycon orbignyanus) |
abstract | pcr molecular identification process and kit of biological material from piracanjuba (brycon orbignyanus). The present invention relates to a process which allows the molecular identification in vitro, via polymerase chain reaction (pcr), of biological material from piracanjuba fish (b, ycon orbignyanus-actinopterygii: characidae). The process can also be used for the composition and commercial purposes to be applied, for example, in the food industry and fish stock management. the process makes use of primer oligonucleotides originally isolated from flanking sequences of microsatellite regions (repetitive short DNA sequences) in other fish species and having fixed heterologous amplification pattern (monomorphic) in the target species of this invention, piracanjuba, a commercially and environmentally friendly piracema fish |
