abstract one pot process for the synthesis of polymeric nanocapsules and their dry forms, pharmaceutical compositions of polymeric nanocapsules and their uses the present invention describes the obtaining of polymeric nanoparticles with the elimination of organic solvent and water in a single step. the proposed invention has as advantages the elimination of the evaporation process of organic solvent used in an intermediate stage and potentiality in use in all pharmaceutical routes through concentrations of suitable excipients using only agitation and a conventional spray-dryer, without the need for prior solvent evaporation reducing production cost. the invention deals with the synthesis of polymeric nanocapsules containing an active substance, optionally an association of active substances, pharmaceutically acceptable excipients for obtaining powdery forms of polymeric nanocapsules used in liquid, semi-solid or solid pharmaceutical compositions. the invention further comprises the product of the process of obtaining polymeric nanocapsules, their dry form, use of these polymeric nanocapsules, corresponding pharmaceutical compositions and their respective uses
