titleOfInvention Process for obtaining bromelain by in vitro induction of pineapple seedlings in liquid medium with bridge
abstract process for obtaining bromelain by in vitro induction of pineapple seedlings in liquid medium with bridge. the present invention patent concerns the process of obtaining the bromelain enzyme through the use of bridged liquid medium by induction 1h vitro of pineapple seedlings ananas comosus, the proposed invention reveals the use of a bridged liquid medium, more specifically a support solid, responsible for connecting the material to the medium, thus presenting the advantage of allowing better oxygenation of the medium without the need for system agitation when compared to other culture medium conditions already available in the state of the art. Furthermore, as advantages of using this new process, we can highlight the reduction in cost and time of obtaining fresh pineapples and, consequently, obtaining bromelain when compared to other processes used in in vitro systems. this invention characterizes the optimization of cultivation conditions related to the adsorption of water and nutrients and better oxygenation of the plant in view of the subsequent obtaining of the enzyme, since pineapple tissues in vitro showed activity and protein concentration higher than those obtained by traditional cultivation methods. in vitro.
