ORGANOMETALLIC COMPLEXES OF PALĂDIO (II) CONTAINING BENZODIAZEPINE BINDERS, METHOD OF OBTAINING AND ITS EFFECT AS AN ANTICONVULSIVE AGENT. It is an invention related to the process of obtaining a potential benzodiazepine metallopharmaceutical based on palace, its incorporation in pharmaceutical formulations, as well as its use in the treatment of seizures. The results show that acute tartamento with the bis [2 - {(7-chloro-1-methyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-benzodiazepin-5-yl) phenyl-k ^ 2 ^ - complex C, N} - <109> ~ 2 ~ -acetate-palate (II)], [DIAZPdOAc] ~ 2 ~, derived from Diazepam, showed that the compound has anticonvulsant activity in seizure neurochemical models, resulting in increased latency time for seizure and protecting as to its appearance. The compound acts on the same diazepam receptor, the GABA ~ A ~ -Benzodiazepine receptor. |
