titleOfInvention RELEASE METHOD OF BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES INVOLVING INTEGRAL PLATELETS OR MEMBRANE STRUCTURES OBTAINED FROM PLATELETS AS BIOLOGICAL CONTAINERS TO TRANSPORT BIOACTIVE MATERIALS
abstract CONTROLLED RELEASE METHOD OF BIOACTIVE SUBSTANCES INVOLVING INTEGRAL PLATELETS OR MEMBRANE STRUCTURES AS BIOLOGICAL CONTAINERS TO TRANSPORT BIOACTIVE MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS. This invention describes a method of obtaining, using and products derived from intact platelets or membranous structures obtained from them, for use in the transport of bioactive substances or materials, as well as increasing the bioavailability of these same materials. The present invention is still capable of protecting and stabilizing different drugs, namely antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-carcinogenic, etc. This technology can also be used for the controlled dispersion, intravenously, of structures obtained by nanotechnology or gene expression regulators. In summary, the present invention describes the method and products of functionalization of integral platelets or membranous structures for the transport and controlled release of bioactive materials via the intravenous route.
