titleOfInvention tennis recycling process and resulting product
abstract process for recycling sneakers and resulting product, comprising the steps: (1) classifying sneakers according to their material composition; (2) the selected sneakers are ground in three phases of distinct particle size; (3) the embedded material is palletized by friction; (4) micronization to reduce its particle size between 0.3msn to 1.2mm; (5) adding granulated additives in percentages from 10 to 35%; (6) extruding the mixed material to form a continuous web (7); (8) coating the two or only one side of the continuous web (7) with layers of nonwoven fabrics (9); (12) cross-sections (13), becoming a first end product (14) which, in turn, includes a variation consisting of applying a lower layer of non-woven tnt-fabric (15), a first layer upper interface, preferably a polyethylene film (17) which forms an adhesive layer onto which a copolymer layer (19) is pressed, confiscating another plates for later use in the manufacture of different products.
