It describes a methodology for the preparation of paints and adhesives, which presents as its main innovation the presence of high purity silver flakes, coated with silver carboxylates, which give high electrical conductivity to this paint, as well as the presence in its composition of resins copolymers. The formulation obtained by the proposed invention has a number of advantages over conventional conductive adhesives and paints, mainly in terms of its electrochemical stability, purity, conductivity, performance and reduced cost. Such characteristics are convenient for the manufacture of electrochemical sensors and other technological devices, whose stability, purity and high conductivity are critical parameters. |
