abstract Thick film composition, process and article. This invention provides a thick printable film composition on the front of a solar cell device having one or more insulating layers. The composition comprises a glass frit containing bismuth oxide and antimony oxide with part of the glass frit or as an additive. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a semiconductor device by using the thick film composition and an article, especially a solar cell comprising the semiconductor device. Solar cells are shown to have improved efficiency.
