The present invention may be used in the field of cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, preservatives, pharmaceutical, food and nutrition, all for the human and / or veterinary segment. The present invention discloses the o-hydroxy-n- (m-hydroxy-p-methoxy-benzylidene) aniline compound (Figure 1).
