titleOfInvention NEW INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING PROCESS FOR THE MANUFACTURING AND PELETIZING OF ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER AND / OR ORGANIC FERTILIZER COMPOSED FROM A PHYSICAL-MECHANICAL PROCESS
abstract NEW INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIAL PROCESSING PROCESSING FOR MANUFACTURING AND PELLETIZING, ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER AND / OR COMPOUND ORGANIC FERTILIZER, FROM COMPOSITION OBTAINED THROUGH A PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL-MECHANICAL PROCESS. The present invention patent refers to the creation of an innovative industrial production system for the manufacture and pelletizing of organic fertilizer and / or organic fertilizer composed from compost obtained through a physical-chemical-mechanical process, to which microelements are added , MAP and urea. The process starts with the weighing of the components to be used, so that the desired proportion of each one is obtained, this according to the operational capacity of the mixer, which must have a minimum capacity for one ton (1,000 kilos) . According to the convenience, the available physical space and the need or not to make a premix can be used one of the two processes described below. Option "A", as shown in the Flowchart (Fig 1), the system consists of four silos where: nº 1 silo for microelements; No. 2 silo for MAP; No. 3 silo for composting; and No. 4 silo for urea; these silos spill, one at a time, the product in nº 5, which is a conveyor belt and weighing scale, in this belt a premix occurs which is taken to the mixer, nº 7 (with minimum capacity for one ton); the mixer supports are equipped with weight sensors No. 8, which control the amount of product in the mixer; after mixing, the product goes to an intermediate deposit number 9, or if the pelletizer number 10 is available, the product goes directly to the pelletizer; when the pelletization is finished, the product goes to deposit 11, where it is bagged and stored. Option "B" to streamline the process, with no need for a premix, the components (microelements, MAP, compost and urea) are placed directly in the mixer No. 7, using a loader No. 6, equipped with sensors of weight, on the shell arms, which will give us the possibility to control the desired quantity of each component (microelements, MAP, compost and urea), in the mixer, nº 7 (with minimum capacity for one ton); the mixer supports are equipped with weight sensors No. 8, which control the amount of product in the mixer; after mixing, the product goes to an intermediate deposit number 9, or if the pelletizer number 10 is available, the product goes directly to the pelletizer; when the pelletization is finished, the product goes to deposit 11, where it is bagged and stored. Therefore, the present patent application reports the unprecedented combination of principles and equipment known for obtaining combination of principles and equipment to obtain new results, that is, the manufacture and pelletization of organic mineral fertilizer and / or compound organic fertilizer from composting. obtained through a physical-chemical-mechanical process, to which microelements, MAP and urea are added. This production process is applied, especially, in the technological sector of agribusiness and is related to its food production chain and to waste management. Therefore, it is in the search for a more ecological production model and within the context of Sustainable Development, that this innovative process appears, bringing social and environmental benefits that are based on the innovative and rational use of waste.
