chiral n-substituted aromatic oxazolidines, synthesis process, pharmaceutical composition and use. the present invention relates to obtaining synthetic molecules of unsubstituted chiral aromatic oxazolidines, their synthesis process, pharmaceutical compositions containing said molecules and the use of these compositions, especially as antitumor agents. low molecular weight compounds obtained from the synthesis process favor the pharmacokinetic properties of the compositions and the effectiveness of the therapy. these compounds also have antitumor activity as seen in in vitro tests against human tumor cell lines. |
