abstract | PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR VASE-OCLUSION CONTROL AND ITS USES. The present invention is a pharmaceutical composition for controlling vaso-occlusive processes. The composition is able to act immediately after administration and consequently immediate improvement in the clinical picture. The combination of the components provides synergistic and immediate effect, reducing the events of cell adhesion, inflammatory processes and consequently vaso-occlusive, which are the main causes of pain and death in sickle cell anemia. There are currently no drugs effective in reducing vaso-occlusive processes except anti-inflammatory drugs that can only ease pain. The combination of these components provides a tissue-specific effect with reduced side effects. ' |
